You won! What next?
If you are a big winner (particularly as of 500,000 EUR), we urge you to come with your winning ticket to the head office of the National Lottery situated in rue Belliard in Brussels. Only in rue Belliard will winners be taken care of immediately by the team of the Winner Guidance Cell.
You do not need to make an appointment; simply call between Mondays and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you have any questions concerning the transfer of the amount won or subjects directly (or indirectly) connected with the winning (confidentiality, questions regarding taxation, etc.), you can always ring An Lammens, the contact person of the Winner Guidance Cell during working hours at 02 238 46 26. Are you a big winner and do you want to talk to someone during the weekend, then you can reach An Lammens on her mobile phone with number 0494/109967.

Obviously, it is up to the winners and they may present their winning ticket also at a regional office. There, big winners will be offered a bottle of champagne as well as a brochure containing advice and suggestions
Rue Belliard is easily reached by train. Get off at the Central Station and walk through the Ravenstein Gallery up the steps next to the Brussels Centre for Fine Arts, through the park and you will automatically get to rue Belliard. The National Lottery building is just past the third set of traffic lights on the right hand side.
